Before you start Herbisoft Continuous Slide Show, prepare your system by doing the following:
For Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Windows Vista:
- Ensure that your secondary monitor is connected to your system and turned ON.
- Ensure that your system is providing output to the secondary monitor. To
do this, follow these instructions:
- Right-click on Windows Desktop and select Personalize menu item.
- Locate and select Display Settings link.
- Click on the monitor labeled 2:

- Check Extend the desktop onto this monitor box.
- The dialog box looks like this on Windows Vista:

- Click OK button.
- Ensure that your secondary monitor is connected to your system and turned ON.
- Ensure that your system is providing output to the secondary monitor. To
do this, follow these instructions:
- Right-click on Windows Desktop and select Properties menu item.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Click on the monitor labeled 2:

- Check Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor box.
- In one of the systems that runs Herbisoft Continuous Slide Show, the
dialog box looks like this:

- Click OK button.
To use Herbisoft Continuous Slide Show:
- Open your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ensure that the animations on your slides are setup to occur automatically.
- Ensure that your slide show is setup for automatic transitions between slides.
- Select Slide Show >> Start Continuous Slide Show

Microsoft PowerPoint 2007:

Microsoft PowerPoint 2003, Microsoft PowerPoint XP, Microsoft PowerPoint 2000:

- Herbisoft Continuous Slide Show will check your presentation for Kiosk
mode setting and other settings and prompt you if it finds that some more
settings need to change. It will offer to do those changes for you:

- Click OK to allow Herbisoft Continuous Slide Show to make those changes and start continuous slide show.
- The slide show will start on the secondary monitor and will loop
continuously. You can use your primary monitor for your other tasks.
- Once the slide show starts, the Start Continuous Slide Show
menu item changes to Stop Continuous Slide Show.
Microsoft PowerPoint 2007:

Microsoft PowerPoint 2003, Microsoft PowerPoint XP, Microsoft PowerPoint 2000:

- Clicking Stop Continuous Slide Show stops the slide show running on the secondary monitor.
