Microsoft has started pushing Browser Choice updates to customers located in EU as per the agreement reached between EU Commission and Microsoft.
The Browser Choice list seems to be provided at each boot. You can use the following utility to remove the browser choice being offered: NoBrowserChoice.exe
Running NoBrowserChoice.exe removes the registry entry that causes Windows to run it at each boot. If you want to remove it manually, remove the registry entry BrowserChoice located at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
